Remote access to the D100+ ortho and the automatic separation module (ASM) allows you to run multiple print jobs one after the other without interruption. The D100+ ortho creates even more space for storing your print jobs thanks to the collection basket into which the dental parts are transported after printing and separation. The D100+ can also be integrated in the RS inline. This is a fully automatic system that produces from 300 to 4,000 models per day in one line. Automation allows you to print continuously and in a high quality.
In conjunction with the open system for different printing materials and the automatic resin refill unit the D100+ ortho offers more flexibility in the printing process. To ensure compliance with medical guidelines, the D100+ ortho provides a material identification function (RFID) that allows you to access the information of validated materials simply by using a sensor. Our patented force feedback system enables printing with consistent high quality and the realization of thinner support structures. The forces acting on the components are measured, improving the efficiency of your workflow and shortening delivery times. To ensure fast and continuous production, the AC controlled Interior maintains a constant temperature of the electronics.
