Regular maintenance is important! Make sure that your 3D printers and post-processing devices remain in good shape. We’re happy to assist you with all your needs and offer on-demand service. But if want to be completely covered, we also offer you our fully covering CARE plans, where you never have to worry about issues with your machines.
Free Services
EVERY DEVICE COMES WITH THE FOLLOWING FREE SERVICES*:
- 12 months warranty**
- Contacting the service team via e-mail or ticketing system***
- Access to the “Knowledge Center” incl. hundreds of explanations and how-to-guides
- Access to device software and firmware updates
- Access to material library updates (incl. information from release notes)
- Access to the Customer Portal including cockpit and live status
- A validated light sensor for device recalibration (12-month validity) [only for printers]
No extra costs, no subscription
* Registration of devices in the RS customer portal is mandatory. Applicable for industrial devices (D50+, I50+, HA50+, S50+ and Cure XL).
** Including first month dead-on-arrival hot-swap service for industrial devices.

- One-time On-site System Check-up (industrial devices)*

Remuneration is exclusive of any travel expenses, transportation and accommodation costs,

Industrial CARE
Additional to Free Services, we take care of your desktop devices based on the CARE or CARE PLUS subscription. Industrial CARE plans offer various services for your industrial devices.

CARE
CARE plan is available during the first 30 days. Thereafter it is only available with an opt-in charge of +50%.

As a customer of industrial machines your key priority is to optimize availabilty of devices. You do not want to reduce your production capacity by machines not properly serviced or maintained. Further your priority is on production cost and quality of the hundreds of parts you are printing and post-processing weekly. High re-do rates, additional cost in labor or material is what matters most to you. You want to make sure that your device is inspected and tuned-in by an expert on-site to find even small deviations or optimization potential. CARE PLUS
CARE PLUS plan is available only within the first 30 days after delivery.
Hidden costs from consumables or repairs are critical for your business. Focusing on maximum your business you prefer to know your maximum costs including consumables (excl. resin) and have all potential repair cost covered upfront. So, you should consider subscribing CARE PLUS plan.
