Covid-19 is a global humanitarian challenge whose dynamic development affects us all. The pandemic has changed our lives in general and we are all experiencing the effects. Safety is our priority – Throughout Rapid Shape we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our people and our customers, as well as everyone who is affected by our activities. In addition to the regulations of the country, we have taken further measures.

Most employees are working in their home office. We are at your disposal by telephone, e-mail and video conference with unchanged contact details. All international service hubs are operational (Germany, Brazil, China, Japan and USA). However, many preventive maintenance visits as well as repair visits have been postponed. Until further notice delivery and production of all product categories are ongoing. Infection precaution is realized by shift work in smaller teams, separated areas and further hygiene measures.

As the corona situation is very dynamic, we will keep you informed as soon as relevant changes occur. Should there be waiting times, we ask for your patience and understanding. We thank you for your trust and loyalty in us and ask you to take care of yourself in these difficult times.
