THIS IS THE START OF YOUR FULLY AUTOMATED 3D MASS PRODUCTION SYSTEM
The basis of your production line is our revolutionary D100+ ortho, our great flagship among 3D printers. It has a build volume of 338 x 190 x 80 mm on its build platform. The 4K DLP projector prints up to 24 dental models in around 30 minutes with a pixel size of around 44 µm. The RS inline can connect up to five 3D printers in series, creating a fully automated 3D mass production system with enormous output.

RAPID SHAPE ACHIEVES FULL AUTOMATION IN THE RS INLINE
OPTIMAL COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MAN AND MACHINE
All 3D printers and post-processing devices from Rapid Shape communicate intelligently with each other. The result is a smooth and safe, fully automated workflow that makes human intervention almost superfluous. Human control is via a clearly laid out user interface.
Rapid Shape customers have access to the newly developed Customer Portal. On a dashboard, users have a constant overview of all processes and can conveniently check the status of their print jobs in real time, read out the documentation of print jobs and get an overview of the 3D printer’s performance, to name just a few of the many benefits.
FULLY AUTOMATED ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Today, a fast, fully automated additive manufacturing process is a crucial requirement for reliably producing high-quality 3D printed parts in very large quantities. The RS inline from Rapid Shape meets precisely these requirements. The 3D printing solution, which has been thought through down to the smallest detail, enables mass production without downtime.
Clear displays provide the operator with all the necessary, up-to-date information on the respective device. The automatic Resin Refill System ensures that resin is always refilled automatically as soon as the level is low.
By the way, Rapid Shape 3D printers can be used with an almost limitless range of resins. Users choose from a large material library. Resins are validated in the in-house laboratory and new material is constantly being added. This Open Material System makes the application flexible.
FASTER PRINTING THANKS TO DLP TECHNOLOGY
Time is money. This also applies to the production of 3D printed parts in very high quantities.
Fortunately, there is additive manufacturing, which makes mass production profitable. Additive manufacturing is still young, but technologically very advanced. Rapid Shape uses DLP (Digital Light Processing) because only with this technology can high-resolution parts be printed with repeat accuracy over a long period of time and the system remains cost-effective in the end.
Rapid Shape works with the very best knowledge and passion to make 3D printers effective and economical for the user. Last but not least, your patient is waiting for reliable dental treatment that we can provide. We are proud of that.
THE PATENTED FORCE FEEDBACK TECHNOLOGY – A KEY INVENTION!
During the normal seperation process of the exposed component layer from the container base, undefined forces act. To avoid damaging the part, the process must be adapted to the task so that the layer is gently removed from the container surface.
In order to achieve the highest possible process reliability and quality, it is important to know what force is acting on the component during layer separation. This allows the intelligent 3D printer to act accordingly – and this is exactly what our Force Feedback Technology does. It enables the 3D printer to always work at maximum speed, but safely for the object. The result is very fast printing times with consistently high print quality.
AUTOMATIC SEPARATION FOR FAST CONTINUOUS PROCESSES
With the RS inline, productivity can be increased by printing adjacent jobs seamlessly and without interruption. The Automatic Separation Module (ASM) makes it possible to produce several print jobs one after the other in a self-determined sequence without having to remove the build platform from the printer and interrupt the print job. This means less downtime and significantly higher productivity. There is no need for an employee to manually remove the printed parts from the build platform. Large quantities run automatically through the system.
GENTLE MOVEMENT WITHIN A RUNNING PROCESS
The separated print jobs are gently placed on the conveyor belt and transported directly to post-processing. The sensitive centrifuge first removes excess resin. More than 90% of the uncured material is recovered for 3D printing. The RS inline also eliminates the use of isopropanol. Subsequent removal is simple and convenient. A fully thought-out, optimized manufacturing process.
RAPID SHAPE GOES EVEN FURTHER!
Numerous printed parts or large printed parts can be cured in the RS cure XL with powerful LEDs and an extra large volume at the same time. The 360° light exposure and modern vacuum technology ensure short post-exposure times and high quality.
The RS cure XL is the perfect complement to the RS inline. The use of vacuum means that no gas is consumed during use, which significantly reduces operating costs compared to conventional devices. Depending on usage, the investment pays for itself in less than a year.
The RS inline is a 3D printing system that takes you to the next level. I’d love to tell you more about this incredible innovation.
