Dokumentation of Print Jobs
Within the print jobs you can overview the time of start and end, material, and parameter set of each print job. You can also see on which device the respective print job has been printed on.

The live status shows you the status of each registered device (e.g. printing, printing done), the current print job, and the current material inserted in the printer.

Accessing the new Customer Portal is very easy. If you own a 20+, 30+ or 50+ series 3D printer, you can take advantage of these numerous benefits and support services.

Step 3: You get started by entering the new Customer Portal and exploring the new functions.
Adding Devices and Sending in Sensors
In the Customer Portal, you can overview all of your devices and start the sensor-send-in process for sensor recalibration. When signing in for the very first time, you can register your devices once to the dashboard. To do so, click the button “Add Device“ and follow the instructions in the Customer Portal to connect your device with your Customer Portal.
Performing the light calibration of your printer with a valid light sensor is essential for achieving good printing quality. Our new sensor-send-in process enables the most easy and comfortable way to exchange your old light sensor with a newly calibrated sensor at no time spent.
All users will be created under one company account. So in case you know someone in your company who is already registered, please ask your admin to send you an invite link (under „admin“ clicking „Invite user“). Otherwise, don’t wait and sign up now to create an account and to access the Customer Portal.
