Accounting & Finance Associate (m/f/d)
For a structured and confident support of our finance team
Your Responsibilities
- Independent handling of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including dunning
- Execution and monitoring of payment transactions
- Account reconciliations and clarifications
- Bank clearing and posting of ongoing payment transactions
- Communication with internal and external contacts regarding invoice processing
- Performing general accounting tasks
- Supporting projects in finance and accounting
- Depending on qualification and experience, taking on additional responsibilities
Your profile
- Completed commercial/administrative training or equivalent/higher qualification in accounting
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Good German skills (spoken and written); English skills primarily for written communication
- High level of professional competence and personal responsibility
- Confident and routine working style
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with an open personality
