The freestanding model offers a particularly large printing area, which is ideal for starting large-scale production. The Automated Separation Module enables parts to be peeled off without manual operation. The next print jobs begin immediately after the separation – an immense time saver!

With the HA50+, you can easily enter high-productivity mass production.
The printing area of the HA50+ is three times larger than that of the HA30+, making it perfect for higher production numbers. The 4K projector ensures that the best quality is always achieved, even for the thinnest structures.
To take your production to the next level, we have developed the Automatic Separation Unit (ASM), which separates the print job directly from the print platform after it is finished. The parts are then collected in a basket and the next print job can be started immediately and fully automatically without human intervention.
When the basket is full, the HA50+ can be opened by the foot sensor, even if the hands are full.
In addition, our open material system with more than 200 validated materials allows you to freely choose which material best suits your process. Using the RFID tags on the bottle, data from validated materials can be quickly sent to the printer and post-processing units by scanning the tag. This facilitates and optimizes your workflow and also ensures compliance with medical guidelines.
