D90+ with cabinet or inline:
As a standalone solution with connected cabinet or in conjunction with a production line, the D90+ reliably delivers perfect results, day after day. The integrated automatic and patented separation unit transports the finished print job after separation either to the connected cabinet with a large collection container or to a downstream conveyor system for direct post-processing. In this way, true in-sequence production is made possible without unnecessary downtime.

Industrial 24/7 manufacturing of dental parts becomes easy with the D90+.
The remote access function and the automatic separation module (ASM) allows you to produce multiple print jobs one after the other. The collection basket of the D90+, designed for industrial production, makes it possible to store many dental parts after printing and separating them with ASM. In contrast, the D90+ cabinet offers even more storage space through, a collection container into which the dental parts are transported after separation. This allows the printing process to continue uninterrupted. In conjunction with the Open System for different printing materials and the automatic resin refill unit.
The D90+ offers more flexibility in the printing process. The material identification function (RFID) allows easy access to material information of validated materials via a sensor, ensuring compliance with medical guidelines. Printing with consistently high quality and the realization of thinner support structures is made possible by our integrated and patented force feedback technology. It measures the forces acting on the component for improving efficiency of the workflow and shortening delivery time. In order to ensure fast and continuous manufacturing, the AC controlled interior provides a constant temperature for electronics in the printer.
