Duties
Manages and mentors the U.S. Technical Service and Logistics Teams. Monitors and reports all local expenses and KPIs. Attends regular meetings with global teams to share situation reports and align on global strategies. Monitors customer issues and handles escalations. Manages and oversees business trips for Technical Support Team. Oversees the ordering and logistics of spare and wear parts, sensors, repair products, replacement- and refurbished units. Performs scheduled staff reviews, communicating and adhering to new procedures, policies and goals. Performs regular trainings based on education media provided by corporate headquarters. Distributes labor force across the team. Recruits and hires new employees as needed and oversees the complete on- and offboarding process.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Robotic Engineering. Two (2) years related experience as a 3D Printer Application Engineer or related occupation. Experience is required and must include: Conducting installation and service on 3D Printing Machines that uses DLP (digital light processing) technology and vat polymerization; Performing Software and Hardware installation and maintenance of 3D Printing production lines, which involves industrial 3D printers, centrifuges and robotic programming; Utilizing material parameter analysis (MPA) for resins used in 3D printing; and Elaborating materials knowledgebase for internal and external training.
Travel
20% domestic travel required.
