Dental Application Engineer
Your tasks
- Reseller support: improve technical capability, daily technical support, reseller training, and technical personnel training, to enhance agent technical service capabilities
- Effective contact with customer to obtain and respond to their technical needs
- Support on-site activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, showcase
- Communication flow management between client and relevant departments to ensure receiving and providing product feedback
- Providing training, consultancy, product demos, onboarding either virtual/online as well as physical to our customers and new employees
- Monitoring of market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and chanel communication to relevant teams
- Preparation and analysis of technical reports as link between customers and our service department
Your profile
- Knowledge in using dental CAD/CAM systems, experience with 3D printing it is a huge benefit
- Experience as Digital Dental Product Specialist
- Deep understanding of work and needs of dentists and dental technicians
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to partner locations
- Ability to build up professional relations based on trust and respect
